Erica Lang has 20 years of experience in the Education and Training Industry; in her early years, she started as an apprentice for four years and gained six years in the Hospitality Industry. She was very proud and honoured to have won apprentice chef year.
As an apprentice, she was committed to contributing to her local community. As part of a committee, she was honoured to be awarded Charity Queen at 1988 Mt Isa Rodeo (QLD); she managed to raise a large fund for the Royal Flying Doctors.
Ms Lang commenced her time in the Education and Training sector by returning to Vocational Education to change her career pathway, from being a Chef for ten years to creating a new path in the Education and Training sector.
I pride myself on not only providing the optimum level of customer services, but also achieving maximum results whilst maintaining a high ethical standard.
Over numerous years I have successfully trained hundreds of students and negotiated and sold hundreds of properties, achieving a high clearance rate, even during periods considered as very difficult times.
As an industry expert I also teach the topic of digital marketing to students which form part of the real estate course. And teaching students how to sell and market properties I have a passion and interest for digital marketing.
I have created self-development courses comprising of leadership and negotiating/ closing sales. A prime objective is to create other leaders and nurture the journey of others for them to achieve their success.
A Master of Information Technology and Cert IV in Training and Assessment holder, specializing in education and training environments. Expertise includes curriculum development, student support, and managing e-learning systems (LMS/SMS).
Skilled in designing, validating, and maintaining training resources while ensuring compliance with industry standards. With extensive experience in teaching ICT, managing student enrolments, and providing technical support, dedicated to enhancing the learning experience and ensuring smooth, efficient educational operations.
Andrew Tran is a Cyber Security Analyst skilled in Splunk Enterprise with a background in Software Engineering, a certificate in Cybersecurity from the University of Sydney, and a Master of Information Technology degree from Central Queensland University.
He is a critical thinker specializing in network monitoring, security software installation, and working to prevent cyberattacks in business settings. Andrew Tran is also an effective problem solver bringing technical aptitude and an understanding of business processes. He is passionate about security and driven to stay up to date on the latest trends and tools in the InfoSec community.
