At Australian Academy, we are committed to providing appropriate support services to help students successfully complete their training. In alignment with the 2025 RTO Standards, we assess student needs prior to enrolment to ensure they can meet course requirements and identify any additional support that may be beneficial. We provide reasonable adjustments where required and maintain inclusive training environments that respect diversity. Students have access to clear information about their courses, assessment processes, and their rights and responsibilities. Our complaints and appeals process ensures any concerns are addressed fairly and in a timely manner. We can provide information and referrals to external support services where appropriate. Our training staff are available to discuss individual needs and work with students to support their learning outcomes throughout their training.
