CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is designed for individuals entering the real estate industry. This course equips you with the necessary skills to sell, market, and lease properties under the supervision of a Licensee in Charge (Class 1 Agent). Training covers customer relations, marketing, ethical behaviours, and an introduction to trust accounting.
