Elective Units:

Entry Requirements

To enrol in CPP51122 – Diploma of Property (Agency Management), students must:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Have at least 12 months of work experience as an Assistant Agent
Provide evidence of experience from a Licensee in Charge (LIC)
Be a fit and proper person to hold a licence
Hold the relevant qualifications required for the Diploma
Not be a disqualified person
Have paid the necessary compensation fund contribution payable upon licence granting
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy
You must provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI)
